Cycle Military Heritage Route

Cycle the military heritage route, Canberra, Australia.  

Starting at the Veteran’s Park Memorial in the city centre, bike ride through the city to the Australian War Memorial before making your way around the leafy suburb of Campbell and on to Duntroon. The bike ride throughout is generally flat with the exception of the climb along General Bridges Drive to the summit of Mount Pleasant. The first notable landmark along your bike ride is the Australian War Memorial. There are bike lock-up facilities available which make it easy for cyclists to stop and visit this impressive facility.

Access 

The ride starts at Veteran’s Park located on the corner of Bunda Street and Northborne Avenue in the city centre. It is easily accessible along all main roads from across the region.
