Cycling in Milwaukee

Milwaukee is the largest city in the state of Wisconsin and the fifth-largest city in the Midwestern United States. It's a great destination for getting about by bike, with much to offer by way of two wheeled transport. Whether you're a sightseeing tourist keen for a leisurely afternoon jaunt to the next beer garden, or keen for some off-road adventures, you'll love spending time on a bike here.

Bring your own wheels or rent a bike from one of 28 downtown Bublr Bike bikeshare kiosks. Milwaukee’s bike-share program has been growing leaps and bounds since it first came on the scene in 2014.

Milwaukee city buses are also equipped with bike-racks so you can mix and match some riding with public transport. This makes bike riding super easy and do-able, even if it starts to rain!

Milwaukee is also home to many unique cycling events and races, including the Fat Tire Tour, the Downer Classic, East Tosa Gran Prix and the UPAF Ride for the Arts. Milwaukee is also lucky to have some great local cycling clubs, which provide a support system for those who like to get around on two wheels. Scroll down for further info.
