When to go

Lake Constance – lovingly known by locals as “Bodensee” – welcomes sightseeing lovers 365 days a year; but the most visited time is between the end of May and mid-October.

The blossoming nature in Spring brings freshness and colorful displays to your holidays. In the warm summer, the Lake appeals to everyone with its exciting water sports and exhilarating open-air concerts. If wine and cuisine are something you are after, Autumn is an excellent choice. In winter, white and blue are dominant around Lake Constance, where Christmas markets and snow activities are held.
