When to go

Spring and summer (May to Mid-September, December) are the best options for a wonderful cycling trip in London thanks for warm weather. Unfortunately, this is also the high season since the kids are off school. If you’re planning to visit London during this period, you may want to book your tickets as well as hotels in advance.

Mid-September through November, and March through April are other options if you want to avoid crowds and long lines. During this time, London still welcomes plenty of tourists, but it will less busy than summer. It’s easier to pick your favorite hotel, and airfares fall into reasonable range. However, the weather is unpredictable around these times, so a good preparation is a good idea.
