Christ Church, Wayside

Christ Church, Wayside

A small, Flemish bond brick structure, Christ Church, occupying an attractive setting that enhances its antiquity, was probably built in the mid or late 18th century. It was, however, extensively altered at various times in the 19th century and most of its present features, including the roof, lancet arched windows and doors, and the interior, date from this time. Among its notable features are its late 19th-century stained glass memorial windows that are of an unusually fine artistic quality.

We welcome you to Christ Church, Wayside and hope that you will feel comfortable and fulfilled; and that you will be strengthened to meet the challenges of your daily life.
