Kosciuszko Flow Trail
Thredbo is one of the premier mountain biking destinations in Australia. The summer mecca of mountain enthusiasts is a village located on Snowy Mountain in New South Wales. Thredbo has had its influence in the country’s mountain bike folklore for over two decades. It is an essential part of countless biking lovers’ lives. There are more than 30 miles of amazing riding to enjoy, including downhill, flow, all-mountain, cross-country and various skill parks for all levels.
Kosciuszko Flow Trail is a perfect gravity warm up before you conquer the Cannonball. You will flow to some of the best mountain landscape, dives through eucalypt forests and smell the verdant grass from open slopes. It is more mellow compared to other descending trails in the area, but still makes your legs burn.
The 3.5-mile singletrack is a great introduction to Thredbo downhill, best to be ridden by people with intermediate and advanced skill level.

The trail is accessed from the Kosciuszko Express Chairlift. Hop on it from the Valley.

Multiple lovely spots are available in the valley. Don’t worry about finding a great place for lunch or dinner.
